Granny Squares Finished.

Here she is all quilted up and washed. I love the scrappiness. I managed to use lots of different little off cuts. There are really new up to date fabrics but also some bits of vintage fabric have been included.
The back is from Ikea. It's a really large print. I hope my brother and sister in law will like. I am going to sew the label on and then send it.

Have a good weekend.

  1. Oh, I just love your Granny Squares. It's such a decorative way to use up scraps. The backing looks great too. Never thought of Ikea for fabric. I'm going straight down to Ikea now to get some fabric for the back of my Scrappy Trip Around.

  7. It's beautiful! I love how the fabrics on the front are echoed in the fabric on the back. And what a perfect print for a quilt back!

  9. Your quilt is so pretty. I love the granny squares. I have not tried a sheet on the back of a quilt yet and this one looks great. I might just have to check that out.
